Established on July 1, 2020, DreamCare Support Services was founded with a steadfast commitment to empowering individuals with disabilities to achieve their dreams, live independently and reach those who may find themselves who need it most.

Guided by our mission to provide compassionate and personalised care, we have become a trusted partner in the NDIS community.

We understand that participants find challenges that at times are too great to bear, and may find themselves in a dark place, and this is what drives us everyday to reach our community and bring a bit of light and hope into people's lives, especially the lives of those who suffer and are affected by adversity and the challenges of life.

Assist Personal Activities High

This service provides intensive, high-level support for individuals with complex and high needs. It includes assistance with daily personal tasks such as feeding, showering, dressing, mobility, and medication management. Designed for participants who require around-the-clock care, this service ensures that their day-to-day living needs are met with dignity and respect, enhancing their overall quality of life and fostering independence where possible.

Assist-Life Stage, Transition

Assist-Life Stage, Transition offers support for participants undergoing significant life changes. This includes transitioning from school to employment, moving from a family home to supported living, or adjusting to new living arrangements. Services can include mentoring, peer support, planning and coordination of supports, skill development, and building independence. The goal is to help participants adapt smoothly to changes, ensuring they have the resources and support needed to thrive in new environments.

Assist Personal Activities

This service provides support for everyday personal activities to enable participants to live as independently as possible. Services can include assistance with personal hygiene, grooming, eating, dressing, mobility, and using communication devices. By focusing on enhancing the participant's ability to manage daily activities, this service promotes self-reliance and confidence in handling personal care.

Assist Travel/Transport
